I live in a 2 story 4 bedroom home with an unfinished basement. I am currently on utilizing 2 of those rooms. I would like to rent out the 2 rooms as well as the 900 sq foot basement to someone who needs a place to store their things. The price per room would be $50/mo and the basement, if used more than half the space would be $100/mo
Access Rules
I would like a 24 hour notice before you would need to access the home. Also, I would like a max of 2 visits per month unless agreed upon previously
