two car garage with space for storing boxes. Access to owner’s property by giving advance notice to the owner of the house (myself). Lease would be on a month-to-month basis. Very safe and secure.
Access Rules
Property owner has access to the covered garage and needs to receive a minimum of 4 hrs notice to get to his/her things. Owner is to be paid by the 1st of every month using a cashier's check for personal money order.
