Host Space Description

My husband and I just got married and no longer wanted a roommate. We live in a 3/2 townhouse in the back of a quiet neighborhood. We use one room as a guest room and the other is empty. It’s air conditioned and carpeted with a closet and one window that has blinds. A lock could be put on the door but it doesn’t have one as of now. Must give 24 hour notice.
