Host Space Description

Hey ya’ll! Looking for some storage?? We have a gorg spare room in our 3BR Washington Heights apartment that we rent out as a cheaper storage alternative. Depending on your needs, you can rent the entire room, or just a tiny space for a single box. Perf for people who are traveling out of town, are in a furnished sublet situation with no place for their stuff, or need long-term storage and want to avoid the chokehold of the higher priced options.

Our apartment:

– 5th floor of an elevator building. Safe from floods, pest-free, pet-free, and smoke-free.
– 179th and Ft. Washington Ave. Directly on top of A train and a short walk to 1 train as well easy access to the George Washington Bridge.
– Lock on storage room door
– Room measurements: 15’x 10’ with 9ft ceilings, as well as a medium-sized closet. Pictures make it look a bit smaller, but it’s a pretty large room that could easily fit 2 king-size beds.

Your lovely stuff will get to room with two late 20s artists/best pals who are clean, respectful, communicative & conscientious. Easy and continued access to your stuff can be organized whenever necessary via text with us 🙂
