We have garage annex space for rent in North Hollywood, CA. Approximately 15ft long x 5ft wide. Extra space that we don’t use, but is great space. There’s one door to access this private area from our backyard, and we can provide you with a separate key for access.
8AM-8PM access generally ok, just ask for a heads up text/email in advance (night before if early AM visit, 30 mins fine if during the day).
Access Rules
8AM - 8PM daily access ok. Some advance notice is ideal, night before if before 10AM, 30 mins is ok if during the day.
