Host Space Description

I have a beautiful brand new bedroom with a walk in closet. It is climate controlled and on the first floor. The apartment is 1,300 sq feet and there are 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms so my guess is that the room is somewhere around 500sq feet with the closet. Room is carpeted. Price is negotiable. Just have too much space.
