Host Space Description

We recently moved into a townhome this past year- it has a large room in the front of the house; it has access to the courtyard and garage and is very large. We are not using it. The room has direct access to the outside- you could pull in your car and unload directly into the room easily. You would not have to come into the main house to access the room. 12ftx12ft room. We have a strong security system at our house and have multiple cameras, one of them directly looking at the door to the room. You can access the cameras online whenever you want to see them through an app on your phone. The room is also off the main house so there is little foot traffic. We are a smoke-free house and have one small hypoallergenic non-shedding dog.
