Provide key for access. No Windows. Storage room comes with light switch and ceiling light. 2 electrical outlets included – utility fee included in storage fee.
Dead storage only. Dry goods (no drainage access). Not for Living/residence, no pets, not an office space or a daily business location, and no mail to this address.
