Storage space in a clean, dry, well-ventilated warehouse
Host Space Description
The warehouse is in a secure, gated business complex with security cameras. We run a manufacturing company using 3 out of 4 units of our warehouse. The fourth unit is empty and we are renting out the space for storage. We have metal racks installed in the unit, so pallets of equipment can be stored vertically on shelves and easily accessed with forklifts.
Each “unit” of storage will be on a pallet with dimensions of 40X48, and a max height of 60 inches. Which equals roughly 67 cubic feet of storage per pallet. We can store about 15-20 of these pallets, so you can fit a TON of items.
Access Rules
Storage is located inside of an active business. Therefore, access is limited to weekdays only. Weekend access is only available with a 24 hour notice.
