No pets live in the home nor would have access to garage.
Need to protect your vehicles from hail?Perfect for that extra car or a small boat or jet skis.
Military move? We’ll store your stuff while you find the perfect place or your house is finished.
Two cameras in front (doorbell and floodlight above garage). Feel free to connect your own camera inside the garage to keep an eye on your stuff as well.

Please note space is the garage for a short-term rental home. Homeowner will have one shelf in the garage to store supplies such as toilet paper, linen, and cleaning supplies and may access garage approximately once a week. Occasional access for breaker reset or water heater routine checks. No renters will have access to garage.
