Storage available in basement of old farm house. Walk out cattle door is wide, so it can fit larger items. Dehumidifier stays on year round if needed. Space has electric if needed. Closet space in same home available as well if there are certain items you prefer not to have in the basement. Perfect sort or long term storage needs. Ok for personal items, lawn/garden items, or furniture. Outdoor and shed storage available as well.
Access Rules
space will be accessed by owner of property and owner of items only. Owner of items must give 24 hours notice prior to coming to access items as this is a private property. Owner lives and works on site, so 24 hours notice won\'t be needed each time but it is appreciated. Access during regular business hours only as owner does live on the property.
