We are a small architecture firm based out of a large commercial building the West LA / Sawtelle neighborhood. We have a lot of extra space and are therefore looking to rent out a few of the spare rooms for others to use as storage. These rooms are carpeted and insulated and therefore great for storing art, files, etc.

One room available that is approximately 10.5’ x 6.5’ (70 sqft) for $250/month
Two rooms available that are approximately 10.5’ x 9’ (95 sqft) for $300/month
